NEW PREDICTION: 5/24/11 -- Base 7 dating: July 2012.
(Text added 11/30/11): It matters little that Moammar Gadhafi is dead and his sons captured, dead, or in exile. I do not expect that the new rebel government will last long before new fighting breaks out between rival groups and AQIM factions. In the end, I anticipate that AQIM (Al Qaeda in Maghreb) will either take direct control of Libya or else through a proxy regime. There is even a remote chance the new regime will last; but if it does it will be a tool of the AQIM.
Since Egypt will be allied with the new Arab Sufyaani in Syria, that shall make Cairo an enemy of Iran and, as a consequence, an enemy of Tripoli. Thus Libya may well go to war against Egypt.

When war in the Middle East spreads to Africa and threatens the Eastern Mediterranean, I suspect the AQIM, being terrorists after all, will launch chemical attacks against Malta and Sicily, both which will be used as Nato bases, at the behest of Iran. Also, since Egypt will be allied with the new Arab Sufyaani in Syria, that shall make Cairo an enemy of Iran and, as a consequence, an enemy of Tripoli. Thus Libyan chemical attacks against Egypt may also occur at this time.

NEW PREDICTION: 5/24/11 -- Base 7 dating: July 2012.
(Text added 6/11/11): Iran has recently been "testing the waters," as it were, in the Suez and the Red Sea. However, a real military aggression will be carried out in 2012 in the form of either a blockade or else actual attacks on ships in the Suez Canal. I tend to think it will be a blockade with some incidents of military action. Full-scale war in the region will come later in the year.

NEW PREDICTION: 9/13/10 -- By 2012, Al Qaeda and the Taliban will have a vast army and strong military with weapons supplied by Iran, Pakistan, and Russia. US and western forces in Somalia and Sudan will come under attack by Iranian and Qaeda/Taliban forces in July 2012, now equipped with tactical nuclear weapons and Fuel Air Explosives (FAEs). It is uncertain that nukes will actually be used, but in a few cases it is possible. Muslim nations not joining in the fight on the side of Iran, perhaps nations like Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, etc., may actually be targeted by such weapons of mass destruction and made an example of.

COMMENTS (1/21/12): Boko Haram is yet another splinter group of AQIM, much like Al Shabaab. Both are wreaking havoc in West and East Africa. Although the prediction is centred on East Africa due to its close proximity to Egypt and the western Arabian Peninsula, one cannot say the terrorism being committed in Nigeria in West Africa is not linked to events in Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Southern Sudan. Both, as I said, have AQIM in common, and AQIM is the North African arm of Al Qaeda.
Something to consider when this prediction is eventually rated.

NEW PREDICTION: 7/9/11 -- Those who may remember past conflicts in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s and early 2000s know how confusing and muddled keeping track of the various factions in the conflicts could be. Despite this, for the exception of the brief 2001 war that brought a foreign Balkan nation, Macedonia, into the conflict, all factions were Yugoslav, ie. Serb against Kosovar Serb, Serb against Croat, Croat against Bosnian, Serb against Bosnian, and so on. The new crisis in Serbia which may begin in February 2012 will, by now, be a civil war. What kind of war it will be is not certain, but if Hungary takes sides in July 2012 (as the base 7 system appears to indicate), it may well be a war in Vojvodina. Vojvodina is the northernmost part of Serbia, sharing its northern border with southern Hungary, its eastern border with Romania, ands its western border with Croatia. There is a very large ethnic Hungarian population in this part of Serbia. Then again, it could be as part of a Nato action that Hungary will announce it will be sending troops into Serbia in August.

(Text added 12/2/11): It may not be as bad as the image pictured above, which is admittedly quite apocalyptic. But then again, it may. It all depends on just how bad things get in 2012 overall. If things are really bad, it could even be a nuclear attack by a military power rather than a terrorist attack. It is also possible that if the long-threatened "American Hiroshima" is unleashed by Al Qaeda, Washington DC may be one of the cities destroyed by nuclear suitcase bombs along with New York City. Then again, it may be an entirely "conventional" terrorist attack, not unlike the plane attack on the Pentagon during 911. Whatever form it takes, July 2012 is the vector.

2012 -- Updated 0021 GMT (0821 HKT) Washington (CNN) -- A 29-year-old man from Morocco was arrested Friday and charged with attempting to bomb the U.S. Capitol building in a suicide attack, authorities said. Suspect Amine El Khalifi made an initial appearance in court and, if convicted, faces a maximum penalty of life in prison, according to the Justice Department. He allegedly went to a parking garage near the Capitol on Friday and received what he thought was a vest with explosives and a firearm, both of which had been rendered inoperable by law enforcement. He was arrested before leaving the garage. "Today's case underscores the continuing threat we face from homegrown violent extremists," said Assistant Attorney General for National Security Lisa Monaco. "Thanks to a coordinated law enforcement effort, El Khalifi's alleged plot was thwarted before anyone was harmed." Authorities say the public was never in any danger. |

He had been closely monitored as part of a lengthy and extensive undercover operation, police said, adding that U.S. Capitol Police had been "intimately" involved in the investigation. The suspect entered the United States in June 1999 on a B2 visa -- which allows for trips for pleasure, tourism or medical treatment, according to an FBI affidavit. His visa expired that same year and he has been living in the United States illegally ever since. are searching two locations in Virginia in connection to

Khalifi is not connected to a terrorist organization and

El Khalifi thought he had met al Qaeda members who would assist him, but in fact he was dealing with undercover FBI agents, said the second source, who declined to say whether the FBI has audio or video recordings of the suspect talking to undercover agents about his plans. A third source briefed on the matter said the suspect was identified through an existing criminal, not terrorism investigation. When asked about possible entrapment, the U.S. government source said the suspect went out on his own to buy component pieces for an improvised explosive device. After news of the arrest broke, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor hailed the work of the FBI and the U.S. Capitol Police in thwarting the alleged attack. "These brave members of our law enforcement community make daily sacrifices in their work to keep us safe and deserve tremendous credit for their efforts leading up to today's successful sting," he said. President Barack Obama was informed on Thursday about the FBI's plan to arrest El Khalifi, a White House spokesman said. COMMENTS (2/17/12): Again, I did warn that the illustration for this prediction might be far too apocalyptic. But then again, this is a PREDICTION THWARTED since nothing happened at all because the attack was prevented or, as the report says, it was "foiled." I did say also the attack might be of a conventional nature, rather than via a WMD.
Still, I have to ask why the suspect is being charged with "attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction?" The report only mentions a suicide explosives vest, hardly a WMD.
According to Wikipedia, a weapon of mass destruction is defined thusly:
It can be seen from the definition above that a WMD is usually chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear in nature. This would not apply very well to the kinds of explosives usually found on a suicide vest. The government is not telling the public what was really going on, not if it plans on charging the suspect with an attempt to use a WMD.
Thus, my illustration above may be close to the mark of what was intended after all. What is more, with July 2012 the vector and five months away, this could still be a warning of things to come.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/12/11 -- Assuming NYC has not been destroyed by nuclear terrorism by this time, in July 2012 it will experience its fourth blackout since 1965. Terrible electric storms will be the cause. Like the blackout that struck NYC exclusively in 1977, this will also occur during a severe economic downturn, a global depression, much much worse than the stagflation of that time. A rise in looting, arson, random attacks on others, and other anti-social and criminal acts is now being seen in various parts of the US. When the blackout occurs, it will be total mayhem in New York, and the blackout will last 24 to 48 hours.

NEW PREDICTION: 7/9/11 -- Base 7 dating: July 2012. Looking for earthquakes magnitude 7.0 or above or, if smaller than 7.0, striking major population centre. Quakes in the 6.0 to 6.9 range that do not cause death or destruction should be considered as "red alerts." If Planet X is really closing in, we should be seeing quakes at least 7.0 if not 8.0 or 9.0. There is a large tsunami I am forecasting for this location in July 2012 additionally which could cause a large loss of life, towns and villages swept away, possibly sweeping away the capital city of Jaypura. Very catastrophic.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/11/11 -- The last "Year Without a Summer" occurred in 1816 due to ash thrown up into the atmosphere by the eruption of Mount Tambora. This time the cause will be similar: three major volcanic eruptions, each one as bad as Tambora or worse, or else the supervolcanic eruptions of Yellowstone and possibly the calderas in Italy and Sumatra. Frosts in May and June 2012, snow and ice in July and August 2012, will result in a loss of crops and failed harvests globally. Massive food shortages will be the result along with high prices of what food items are available or held in stock from the previous year. Of course, there will also be many days when the temperatures will be quite normal for summer (thus, the term "year without a summer" is a bit misleading). But the unusual cold temps, frost, and snow that will occur from time to time during the summer will wreak havoc with the crops, and this will be the main problem.

on a battlefield in Mons, Belgium, thousands of soldiers
from France, Britain, Germany, and Russia reportedly saw
a huge apparition of an angel or other spirit. Some said
it was preventing a German attack; others claim it was
leading them into battle with the Germans; still others
claimed to have seen the apparition (or apparitions)
during retreat from the Germans following the battle. Accounts of what was seen vary: most either saw an avenging angel on a white horse with a flaming sword or else they saw three angelic beings looking heavenward, the largest one, stationed between the other two, having wings. Still others saw a "curtain" of angels or ghostly spirits intervening, barring the way for either army to attack. Some claimed they saw the Virgin Mary. For those who saw a white figure on a horse, the British claimed it was St. George, Russians claimed it was Michael the Archangel, and to many French the figure looked like a woman in armor, and it was thus declared she was an apparition of Joan of Arc. |

This extraordinary event has been dismissed as a hoax largely because on September 29, 1914, a Gothic fantasy author named Arthur Machen published a tale that sold well about "phantom archers" from the Hundred Years War coming to the aid of British soldiers fighting the Germans on the Belgium front. It was entitled "The Bowmen" and its author protested that his fiction had been the inspiration of the "Angel of Mons" stories that began to circulate in 1915 and that the event was obviously an elaborate propaganda hoax based on his story. Accounts, many allegedly fabriquated, begin to appear in reports six months after the publication of Machen's short story, thus strenghtening the argument against the existence of the apparition.
Nevertheless, controversy continues to this day as to whether the "Angel of Mons" (or "Angels of Mons") actually appeared before expeditionary Allied troops during the First World War:
Arthur Machen's claim that his fantasy, The Bowmen, was the original source for all the subsequent rumours stands or falls upon the value placed upon the date 5 September 1914 that appears on a letter by Brigadier-General John Charteris. This reads:
'Then there is the story of the "Angel of Mons" going strong through the II Corps of how the angel of the Lord on the traditional white horse, and clad all in white with flaming sword, faced the advancing Germans at Mons and forbade their further progress. Men's nerves and imagination play weird pranks in these strenuous times. All the same the angel at Mons interests me. I cannot find out how the legend arose (Charteris 1931, 25-6).'
If this date is genuine and contemporaneous, it predates The Bowmen by 24 days (the story was published in the London Evening News on 29 September 1914, not 24 September as cited by Simpson).
I
find it quite odd that many similar personal accounts that have
at least a kernal of credibilty do not make mention of many
"phantom archers" but instead describe the "Angel
of Mons" as a singular and powerful entity. This, after all,
is the reason why the so-called legend usually appears as
"the angel" rather than "the angels."
Irregardless, whether truth or myth, the reality over the years has been that this supernatural occurrence has been treated like an actual event. Despite the controversy and skepticism, many people have preferred to believe in it. For our purposes that is all that matters, for one of the outstanding features of this apparition is how it appeared to be so many different things to those observing it on the battlefield. Each person saw what they believed in most: angel, spirit, or ghost; St George, St Michael, or Jeanne d'Arc.
From a base 7 perspective, this event is most unique. Whilst there have been several reports about ghostly armies seen the sky in 1537, 1686, and 1836, the "Angel of Mons" is the only singular supernatural entity ever reported to be seen by many persons that was not a Marian apparition.
All major apparitional events appearing before large numbers of people have been exclusively of the Virgin Mary ... except for the Angel of Mons.
Also, since we cannot entirely dismiss the possibility that this was an early form of mass manipulation, part hallucination, part hysteria born from weariness on the battlefield, and part media propaganda, we have a precedent set for mass worldwide hallucination using Project Bluebeam technology.
According to the base 7 system, 98 years later, in August 2012, human beings worldwide may see the god they believe in appearing in the sky above them. If TPTB are behind this, it will resolve into a projection in the heavens of "new messiah" or "new god" of the NWO, what some now call the Maitreya.
Otherwise, if the vision is real, this will be a supernatural visitation by an entity that will claim to be the god of the new religion founded in April 2011 (Nostradamus Quatrain 6.66) or will, in fact, be a god.

NEW PREDICTION: 8/12/11 -- Alien ambassadors may actually make personal contact with the people of earth for all to see on television in August 2012. These will likely be those aliens who win the war in heaven predicted for February 2012 on 2012 (Part One). They may land at several places, including Israel, Egypt, Russia, Great Britain, France, Italy, and the United States.
This may be a very pivotal moment for mankind. All war may cease at this time, and all further trends towards escalation of war and additional wars will also end. If so, the remainder of the war predictions may not take place.
But that depends on the intentions of the aliens. Should they choose sides, and actually arm certain nations with advanced warmaking technology, the predictions of war may still take place, only much more horrifically and possibly more quickly.
These beings, on the other hand, could become our benefactors and usher in a new age of peace, rapid progress, and prosperity. Death itself may even become a forgotten dream.
Then again, they could become our slave-masters and demand worship, placing much of humanity into bondage. They may even aid the one the Bible identifies as the beast in the Book of Revelation in his pursuit of a global throne and godhood.
There are other possibilities, some good, others even worse.
I wish I could say it is entirely up to us, but that would only be partially true.

(Text added 11/6/11): The forces of nationalism, even Zhirinovsky-style ultranationalism on the one hand, along with forces promoting the idea of a "resurrected" Soviet Union, will face off against pro-democracy forces. It is difficult to know what camp the Medvedev-Putin government will be in. Even though they seem to find the idea of a new Soviet empire appealing, the nature of such an empire they would like to see is not known (democratic, centralist, totalitarian, communist, socialist ????). We see an analogy with the Occupy Wall Street protests today: President Obama appears to be supporting the protester's objectives, many of them even support the president. Yet others believe he is part of the problem. One day the movement Obama supports may turn against him. Likewise, if Putin/Medvedev support nationalism now, will they support it if nationalists turn against them??
This civil war, should it occur, wil likely be the mega-revolution some prophets foresee as becoming weaved together with revolutions and civil wars in Europe.

NEW PREDICTION: 8/12/11 -- Americans will not get much chance to carry out an insurrection against the US as have occurred in other nations, including Russia. Such rebellion will not last very long. Those participating in unrest will be sent to detention camps. The rest of the population will be in lockdown when martial law is declared in either August or December 2012. Soon after, those deemed by the government as "enemies of state" for millions of fabricated and unjustifiable reasons will be arrested, rounded up, and either executed in large groups or else sent to the detention camps. The facilities will function as rehabilitation centres for some, extermination camps for others. Those who die will be guillotined, hanged, shot, or else given up to ritual sacrifice.

February 10, 2012 (10:47 AM ET): MDNA may have declared herself a living goddess (see my article MDNA: THE LIVING GOD), and she may fancy herself as the Whore of Babylon, but if YHWH is not amused, she may have signed her own death warrant. If there is a "King of Stalkers" out there it is ROBERT DEWEY HOSKINS. In May 1995 this psycho climbed the fence to Madonna's home carrying a knife with the intention of slittling her throat. A security guard managed to shoot Hoskins in the leg and have him arrested. Hence the reason he was tried and convicted in 1996, and sent away for ten years in a maximum security prison. While in prison in 2002 the convict that went by the nickname "Mr Madonna" once again began making threats to slice Madonna's throat, which assured that after his release in 2006 he would be transferred to the state bughouse for the rest of his unnatural life. The escape of this guy from a mental hospital a week ago is about as scary as finding out that Michael Myers is on the loose and heading for Haddonfield, IL ... whether it is Halloween or not.
Beginning in 2000 and over the course of the next year I worked on and completed a two-page analysis on this website using the base 7 system to warn that this individual would likely be the cause of Madonna's death in 2002 or 2004 if he ever escaped or was released. Seven more years have passed since then and we find Madonna now facing this peril. He is loose and no one knows where he is. Not only has he still got the hots for the pop goddess, but he is threatening other female celebs as well with his own unique brand of knife play, most recently actress Halle Berry.
I am very troubled by this news due to a de ja vu feeling from 1997. There was another guy traveling the country by bus and rail named Andrew Cunanan, a serial killer who targeted homesexual men. His last victim was fashion designer Gianni Versace. A month later Princess Diana was dead, although she was murdered by agents of the dragon system (Illuminati), one of whom, Henri Paul, died on that night, and the other, the driver of the white Fiat Uno, burned to death a month later in a mysterious car fire.
Will Hoskins move up a notch from Cunanan and become a celebrity serial killer ... with Madonna the ultimate victim?
She may live in New York State, but Cunanan traveled from Minnesota in April 1997 all the way to Florida in July for the express purpose of murdering Gianni Versace. Hoskins will either haunt Los Angeles or drift acoss the country ... no one can be sure.

Madonna stalker escapes from mental hospital

(CNN) -- A man convicted of stalking singer Madonna, and who once threatened to knife her, has escaped from a southern California mental hospital and is being sought by police. Robert Dewey Hoskins, 54, walked away from Metropolitan State Hospital in the Los Angeles suburb of Norwalk on February 3, police said. Hoskins had served a 10-year prison sentence for stalking the "Material Girl," police said. "Hoskins is highly psychotic when not taking his medication and has very violent tendencies," Los Angeles police said in a statement. "The public is being warned to notify police immediately if he is found, and to not engage him on their own."
Hoskins may have taken a bus to the Long Beach area. Police said they searched in those areas but have not found him.
He stalked Madonna all over California in the early 90s, CNN affiliate KCAL reported. He threatened to cut her from "ear to ear" if she did not marry him, the affiliate reported. He was arrested in 1995 and the next year at his trial, Madonna testified that Hoskins repeatedly scaled the fence of her home and made her have nightmares, the affiliate reported.
Fresh off her Super Bowl halftime performance, Madonna is set for a world tour. She will launch the tour in Tel Aviv, Israel, on May 29. The European portion will also have 26 shows, including stops in London, Paris, Milan and Berlin. The North American portion of her worldwide extravaganza includes 26 cities, with the first tour stop in Philadelphia on August 28.

A MAN convicted of stalking Madonna in 1996 who has "very violent tendencies" has escaped from a psychiatric hospital.
Robert Dewey Hoskins, 54, who once scaled a wall at the pop star's Hollywood home and threatened to cut her throat, walked out of hospital last Friday, a Los Angeles police spokesman said today. And he has now reportedly set his sights on Hollywood star Halle Berry, 45, who, according to reports, is planning to flee the US to France with boyfriend Olivier Martinez and daughter Nahla. Police in Los Angeles have started a manhunt for Hoskins, who they describe as "violent and psychotic". The LAPD statement said: "Hoskins is a very psychotic man when not taking his medication and has very violent tendencies."
He was jailed for 10 years in 1996, and after his release was transferred to a hospital and established to be a "mentally disturbed offender," according to police. Last July — about a year after his release from that hospital — he was arrested again and sent to the Metropolitan State Hospital in Norwalk, southeast of Los Angeles.
Madonna testified at Hoskins' trial in 1996 that she had recurring nightmares since seeing the homeless drifter near her home in April 1995. She said her bodyguard told of Hoskins claiming "he was there to take me away ... that I was supposed to be his wife, that if he couldn't have me, he was going to slice my throat from ear to ear".
Hoskins returned to her Hollywood Hills estate the following month, at a time when the singer was in Florida, scaled the perimeter wall and jumped into her pool before being shot twice by a guard.
Why this may be happening now has a lot to do with the as-of-yet unfulfilled base 7 influence from last year: the tragic blonde curse that has run, more or less, every 7 years since at least 1920. Two exceptions in 1935 and 1942 occurred a year later than the target years of 1934 and 1941. Thus, 2012 instead of 2011 ... with all the close calls included from 2011. Also, it has something to do with the fact that Madonna almost was killed in a horseriding accident seven years ago on her 47th birthday, August 16, 2005. Thus, her two personally dangerous years would stem from either May 1995 (last occurring in May 2009) or August 2005 (recurring again in August 2012).
On top of that, a death curse came to life in 2008 during Madonna's Sticky & Sweet Tour through her misapplication of majick onstage when she uttered "In exactly 29 moves, the queen will topple the king." The spell took on a life of its own and is still seeking victims. A few days later, Paul McCartney's statue toppled in a strong wind storm and a number of people close to Madonna (or to her name) have died ever since, including the intended or unintended "king," pop star Michael Jackson. The most recent victims, who died in a horrifying Christmas Day fire, were the three children and parents of popular fashion executive Madonna Badger, well-known in the world of fashion, modeling, and entertainment. Hoskins is obviously a drugged zombie, possibly with a mission from TPTB seeking to establish Lady Gaga as the Whore of Babylon and set up Madonna, and possibly her children as well, as an ultimate sacrifice. to democracy. Among the lawmakers protesting was former Socialist Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany, who was briefly detained along with several other opposition lawmakers. Parliament, where the ruling centre-right Fidesz party of Prime Minister Viktor Orban has a two-thirds majority, passed a financial stability law despite objections by the European Union, which could jeopardise talks about a new financing deal with international lenders. said that by chaining themselves to the barriers,
protesters blocked the entry of MPs to parliament and did
not obey requests to leave, and that is why police
intervened. The government's financial stability law
cements a flat personal income tax, which the opposition
says would tie the hands of any future administration,
but the government says it would improve the economy's
competitiveness in the long run. Peter Kreko, political analyst at think tank Political Capital, said the police action was unacceptable. "These pictures which show police removing opposition lawmakers, well, we see such photos in undemocratic countries. What the government can achieve with this is that its isolation from the West can become much stronger both economically and politically." Since it swept to power in 2010, Orban's government has tightened its grip on the media, curbed the rights of the top Constitutional Court, renationalised private pension assets and dismantled an independent budget oversight body. The United States has urged Orban's administration to respect democratic freedoms. EU OPPOSES TWO LAWS On Thursday Orban rejected a European Commission request to withdraw two disputed laws in a move that could derail talks with lenders about the new financial deal. Analysts say the issue could trigger a full-blown market crisis.European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso had asked Orban to scrap two laws, the financial stability law and one on the central bank which the European Central Bank says infringes on the central bank's independence. The Commission said it was assessing Hungary's response. The government said the financial stability law was key to stable budgets and debt reduction. COMMENTS (12/23/11): This is a PREDICTION PARTIALLY FULFILLED ... and I don't like seeing it happen nine months early. It is quite possible that World War III will begin at any time now ... and that we will reach a Russian-Muslim invasion of Europe stage by August 2012 rather than a year later between March and August 2013 ... or even later, in 2014, 2015, or even 2016, if the coming Middle East cauldron with Iran and Syria becomes a quagmire like Afghanistan and Iraq (which only appears to be over, but is not really).

6/27/11 -- There are two major zombie outbreaks that may
occur in 2011 and again in 2012; both having some historical
precedent. Normally, I would project only one of these and the
other at a much later time. However, I am working with the belief
that we are reaching a saturation point for apocalyptic events
occurring by, during, and for some time after the Mayan date of
December 21, 2012, for the ushering in of a new age and the end
of the world as we know it. This does not in any way mean I think
Armageddon is coming in 2012 or 2013, only that an extremely
catastrophic chapter in our apocalyptic future shall be opened.
There are two vectors for possible zombie outbreaks and attacks on the living, and one of these is in Hawaii in August 2011. The second is in the southern United States around the Gulf of Mexico in September 2012. The Gulf of Mexico outbreak has its base 7 precedent in a zombie plague that broke out in Key West, Florida and some of the other Florida Keys in 1935 following the category 5 "Labor Day Hurricane" that bore down on the region.

A Metairie resident is recovering after a stranger bit a chunk of flesh out of his arm, and swallowed it, Saturday afternoon. Joseph Lancellotti, 67, told authorities he did not know the suspect, later identified as Mario Vargas, 48, or why he was attacked in his front yard.
Lancellotti was gardening at his home in the 4400 block of Kawanee Avenue about 2 p.m. when he noticed a man walking toward his house, shouting angrily, the report said. Lancellotti said he couldn't understand the man because he was yelling in Spanish. But when the man got within two feet, he slugged Lancellotti in the head, the report said.
Lancellotti said he tried to defend himself with a garden rake. As the men struggled over the rake, the stranger bent over and bit Lancellotti on his right forearm, the report said. Lancellotti's flesh ripped away as he fell to the ground. The man then got on top of Lancellotti and began choking him, the report said.
It was then that neighbor Chantal Lorio, a podiatrist and director of the Wound Center at East Jefferson General Hospital, came out to check on Lancellotti. Lorio said Monday that she first thought Lancellotti was having a heart attack and the other man was trying to help him.
The stranger was still gripping Lancellotti as Lorio noticed her neighbor was lying in a pool of blood. She didn't learn what happened until she began dressing the wound -- with the stranger still clutching her neighbor's shirt. "He said, 'He bit my arm, chewed the flesh and swallowed it in front of me,' " Lorio recalled. She said the bite measured almost 3 by 1 1/2 inches, and was less than 1/4-inch deep.
The pair tried to calm the stranger, who never made any attempt to run away. He eventually let go of Lancellotti and walked two blocks to a parking lot, where he hovered near an empty police car, the report said. The suspect was still standing there when deputies arrived and took him into custody.
Vargas, of 724 Camp St., New Orleans, was booked with second-degree battery. He was being held Monday at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center in Gretna in lieu of $25,000 bail. Lancellotti’s wife, Bonnie, 60, said Monday that her husband was recovering from the bite, physically and mentally. She said his sense of safety in his neighborhood has been shaken. With all the bacteria involved, Lorio said a bite from a human is worse than an animal bite.
Bonnie Lancellotti also has concerns about the suspect, who apparently had been treated at East Jefferson General Hospital earlier in the day for a finger injury. Vargas was released 45 minutes before the attack, according to the incident report. Bonnie Lancellotti wondered whether hospital staff noticed anything amiss while treating Vargas. “This person’s clearly lost his sense,” she said. “I mean, what else can you say, eating people’s skin?”
Keith Darcey, spokesman for the hospital, said, “We cannot comment on any individual patient because of privacy laws. But as a matter of general hospital policy, the emergency department has behavioral health nurses available to help diagnose patients who might require mental health assistance.”
There are no further reports as to the extent of the outbreak and, naturally, officials are not labeling this as an attack from the undead. Our contacts in the area are reporting that the information about being transferred to a mental institution is a government cover-up so that the outbreak can be effectively contained without more panic from the general public.

Incident: I am a college student, living with my husband in a small house in a mediocre neighborhood in New Orleans. We moved in in January of this year, and for the most part our neighbors are delightful folks. However, they kept warning us against going out at night. Being as my husband works the night shift from 7 p.m. onwards five days a week, this seemed like sane advice, but we both wondered at how vehement they seemed.
This neighborhood is only about two blocks from the docks. Ever since the flood, most of the warehouses and old factories have been abandoned (they were ready to fall down anyway). There has also been an upswing in the number of disappearances, which the police dismiss as unimportant, or to be expected in a city being rebuilt, etc.
Back in December of 2005, a man named Paul who I knew slightly from a course I was taking stopped showing up in class. Since this happens fairly regularly at college, I didn't give it much thought.
At the time of the incident, I had come home from class and decided to work at my hobby, which is making soaps to sell. I had my ingredients set up on the table, including a large amount of lye in a margarine tub to use in my soap. My only company in the house was Tom, my huge, rather nasty cat. He was asleep on the bookshelf by our window. I worked about 45 minutes in relative peace, until I saw a strange movement outside the windows that face the street.
What happened next happened very quickly. I smelled a foul stench that could be described as a mix of garbage and rot and meat going bad. At the same time, Tom growled deep in his throat and stood, the hair on his back going up. I spun around to find a man staring at me from the kitchen. He was very pale and emaciated, and he had that awful smell.
It was the classmate.
He moved towards me, and I called out "Paul?" He seemed shocked by my use of his name, and it stopped him short. He opened his mouth, and I could see that his teeth looked funny: too long, and stained. He came at me, and in a panic, I picked up the tub of lye and threw it.
Lye is extremely caustic–I wear a rubber apron and gloves to handle it–and it struck his face. He shrieked with pain, and I saw that the lye was blistering his skin. At the same time, Tom leapt at him and began clawing and hissing. He turned and ran.
I later discovered that the screen on the door had been cut.
We still live in that house, but now we own a Rottweiler. He or it has not come back, to date, although I'm much more careful these days. Tom died in his sleep a few days later, I'm sorry to say. And the soap, which used to be called "Kate's special soap," now is known as "Miracle Soap."

Police in New Orleans say they found a suicide note in the pocket of Zackery Bowen, a bartender who had been living with Adrian "Addie" Hall in the post-catastrophe ruins of the French Quarter.
The note led authorities yesterday to the scene of his girlfriend's murder, "where they found her charred head in a pot on the stove, her legs and feet baked in the oven and the rest of her dismembered body in trash bag in the refrigerator," according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune ...

Without providing evidence, a civil-rights leader and author claimed black victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans have resorted to cannibalism to survive because no one has come to help them.

One could even speculate that a Gulf of Mexico outbreak in 2012 could have its root causes in yet another killer hurricane striking the chemical and toxic pollution of waters, beaches, and seafood still plaguing the area from the Gulf oil rig disaster of 2010.
Then again, it is possible that an interdimensional portal shall be opened in the southern Atlantic or Gulf of Mexico that will allow the "dead ones" also known as the Rephaim, a form of Giborim, to sneak through into the islands, devouring and consuming the flesh of the living.

The US air war against Iran had turned into a quagmire in the Persian Gulf waters where the conflict had become almost exclusively a naval one. The missile war against Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and other aligned nations had largely ended in the spring, allowing those countries to enjoy a lull in fighting. (Text added 8/21/11): While it is remotely possible that the death of Amy Winehouse was a premature fulfillment of this prediction, I doubt this to be the case. For one thing, I predicted that a famous female singer/songwriter would die around February 2011 (Winehouse died five months later, in July), that her death would be quite sudden, unexpected, and "reminiscent of Michael Jackson and Brittany Murphy." As we can now see, no one really knows what happened to Amy Winehouse. Initially, it was rumoured she took an overdose of Ecstacy and Heroin. But that soon changed to ritual sacrificial murder due to screams, howling, and drums being played loudly the night of her death, then quickly bounced back to drugs and alcohol overdose, then to being drunk for a week, then to natural causes and her heart giving out at a young age, then to heart attack due to going off drugs cold turkey, then to heart attack due to going off alcohol cold turkey, etc. At this writing no official cause has yet been determined and will probably not be known until sometime in October 2011. This wild speculation all over the place is indeed reminiscent of the strange deaths of actress Brittany Murphy, and socialite heiresses Casey Johnson and Robyn Whitehead.
The death of Amy Winehouse was linked by the base 7 system to the singer/songwriter Laura Nyro's death from ovarian cancer in 1997; the at-the-time inexplicable death (by anorexia as it turns out) of singer Karen Carpenter in 1983, and the bizarre drowning death of Rolling Stones founder Brian Jones in 1969.
This prediction deals with the deadly influences of legendary blues rock singer Janis Joplin in October 1970; Big Mama Thornton in July 1984; and Plasmatics lead singer Wendy O. Williams in April 1998. Joplin died of a heroin overdose; Thornton, likewise, died of a heroin overdose; and Williams committed suicide by self-inflicted gunshot wound in woods near her home. Every 14 (2 x 7) years since 1970 a female rock icon has died either from heroin overdose or suicide: October 2012 is next.
Again, it is possible Winehouse's death was due to heroin or other drugs overdose. If so, she may have died 15 months premature of the October 2012 vector. Still, it would be folly to assume that to be the case. Great as Amy Winehouse was; was she really a legend comparable to the likes of Janis Joplin? It may take a passage of time to really answer that question.
MY concern is that the death of Amy Winehouse, like Brian Jones in 1969, may only be the first in a cluster to come. After Jones came the deaths of rock guitar legend Jimi Hendrix in September 1970, Joplin in October 1970, Jim Morrison, lead singer of the Doors, in July 1971, Duane Allman, rock guitarist and leader of the Allman Brothers, in October 1971, folk singing sensation Jim Croce in September 1973, and Mama Cass Elliot of the Mamas and the Papas in July 1974. These individuals were not merely a few rungs above being session musicians like some of the more recent "tragedies" in rock/pop history: they were giants in the field.
Female pop/rock icons were not all that abundant in 1970. Janis Joplin, Diana Ross, Melanie, and Cher Bono were pretty much it. Today there are many more than then. Madonna, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera, Katy Perry, Janet Jackson, Miley Cyrus ... there really is no end to the names. Among this list are several females of equal or greater stature than Janis Joplin.
You figure it out. But if a similar pattern holds as was begun in 1969, one of them may die tragically next year ... around October 2012.

Like countless music fans, the executive was shocked by the loss of one of the world's most majestic voices. Just days before, Houston and her daughter Bobbi Kristina looked joyous swimming in the hotel pool, said the executive, who did not want to be identified. Houston, she said, looked healthy and beautiful. But on Saturday afternoon, Houston's bodyguard found her body, said Courtney Barnes, publicist for hip-hop artist Ray J, who was dating the pop diva. The source, who spoke to the Los Angeles Times on the condition of anonymity because the case was ongoing, stressed investigators still have many unanswered questions, particularly about what Houston was doing in the hours before her death. Investigators are also interviewing family members and friends to determine whether Houston had any underlying medical conditions, a practice common in death investigations. The Los Angeles County coroner's office is expected to perform an autopsy Sunday, but it's likely that a final cause of death will be deferred until toxicology test results come in. The source said drowning is one of several scenarios that investigators are examining as they gather evidence. "The investigation is pending.” Houston's death cast a shadow over Sunday's Grammy Awards and brought tributes to the singer from around the world. Grammys Executive Producer Ken Ehrlich and his team were scrambling Saturday night to find a poignant and proper way to mark her passing, and their plan was to have Jennifer Hudson perform a "respectful musical tribute" on the CBS broadcast on Sunday night. "It's too fresh in everyone's memory to do more at this time, but we would be remiss if we didn't recognize Whitney's remarkable contribution to music fans in general, and in particular her close ties with the Grammy telecast and her Grammy wins and nominations over the years," said Ehrlich, a key figure in the Grammys since the early 1980s. Houston had been planning to attend music industry titan Clive Davis’ annual pre-Grammys party Saturday night at the Beverly Hilton. Late Saturday, Davis told those assembled at the party that he had a "heavy heart" and was "personally devastated" by Houston's death, but "simply put, Whitney would have wanted the music to go on, and her family has asked for us to carry on." It's unclear how long the investigation of Houston's death will take. In other cases of high-profile figures dying unexpectedly, the investigations lasted for months and included detailed toxicology tests. It took nearly three months for the coroner to officially rule on the death of Michael Jackson in 2009. In that case, authorities extensively reviewed the prescription drugs he was taking, interviewed his doctors and examined his medical history. The coroner ultimately determined he died of "acute propofol intoxication." The coroner's office took about a month to rule that rapper Heavy D's unexpected death last year was caused by a blood clot. |

The source told CNN's Don Lemon that Houston ordered the drinks before 10 a.m. last Wednesday and Thursday from the bars in the lobby and pool area. Guests both days overheard Houston loudly complaining about her drinks, accusing bartenders of "watering down" or "putting too much ice" in them, the source said Wednesday. The source said other guests expressed concern about Houston's erratic behavior. Her disheveled appearance, including mismatched clothing, suggested to them that she was intoxicated, the source said. The source said Houston was seen jumping in and out of the pool and doing somersaults in the pool area. The source added that Houston was alone for some of the time, but was also seen at the pool drinking with her entourage and a male companion on both days. Saturday, the day she died, Houston was seen drinking at the pool in the morning, although the source noted witnesses said her behavior did not appear erratic. |

but did have champagne. "I didn't see someone who
was high," Kelly Price told CNN's "Starting
Point" on Monday. During the party, Houston took the
stage unexpectedly and sang a hoarse rendition of
"Jesus Loves Me" with Price. Authorities are trying to determine the source of Houston's prescription medication found in the hotel room where she died, officials said Wednesday. The Los Angeles County Coroner's office has issued subpoenas seeking Houston's medical records and her prescriptions, Ed Winter, assistant chief coroner, said Wednesday. Investigators are also contacting pharmacies where the prescriptions were filled, he said. Houston, 48, was found dead in the bathtub of her suite at the Beverly Hilton on Saturday, hours before she was to attend a pre-Grammys bash at the Beverly Hills, California, hotel. Houston's death certificate, filed Wednesday, listed her cause of death as "deferred," meaning it was delayed pending more information. Speculation has grown while authorities await the outcome of toxicology tests that could take weeks. |

By contacting the doctors, investigators are attempting to verify the prescriptions and find out if there were any more. Several doctors have been contacted in California and other states, along with pharmacies, he said. All were cooperating. "The doctors I've contacted so far have been helpful," he said, and nothing out of the ordinary was found as long as Houston was taking the medication as prescribed. Some additional information has been gained, he said, and investigators are waiting to see Houston's medical records. It does not appear that she was "doctor shopping," he said, but officials are attempting to contact as many doctors as possible to rule that out, along with determining whether Houston was filling multiple prescriptions. "Everything is above board," Winter said. "So far, nothing looks criminal." But it was too soon to say whether Houston had any prescriptions she should not have or used an alias, he said. Although subpoenas have been issued -- a fairly unusual step in a death investigation -- Winter said the federal Drug Enforcement Administration has not been asked to assist. As part of the investigation following the death of singer Michael Jackson in 2009, bags and bottles of prescription drugs were found at Jackson's home. Local and state authorities spent months tracking the pharmacies that filled the prescriptions. One of those pharmacies was the Mickey Fine Pharmacy and Grill in Beverly Hills. One of the prescriptions found in Houston's suite was also from the Mickey Fine pharmacy, Winter said, but "the prescription that came from Mickey Fine is not something that would kill her." Investigators want a history of all prescriptions Houston may have filled there and at other pharmacies, and wants to make sure all of the pharmacies that filled Houston's prescriptions are accounted for. Houston visited a Beverly Hills ear, nose and throat specialist four days before she died, a source familiar with her visit said Wednesday. Dr. Shawn Nasseri has treated Houston for throat and vocal problems for several years, said the source, who asked not to be identified because they are not authorized to speak publicly about it. Nasseri treats many well-known singers who have vocal problems, and has served as the doctor for "American Idol" contestants for several years. Houston's battles with drug addiction had cast a shadow in recent years over her impressive singing voice and her talent. However, a close family friend told CNN on Tuesday that Houston had not used "hard drugs" for several years, although she was taking medication for a throat infection and Xanax or a similar drug for anxiety and to help her sleep. The friend said Houston was also known to have a drink if she went out. The coroner's office said toxicology tests could take six to eight weeks, though Beverly Hills police Lt. Mark Rosen said that the coroner's report is expected to be finished sooner -- in two to three weeks. Winter said Wednesday his office has asked that Houston's toxicology results be expedited, saying he's hoping for a tournaround of four to six weeks, possibly sooner. "With respect to Ms. Houston, we have an average of 50 cases a day," he said. "We've got 49 other cases and families looking for results too." A private, invitation-only funeral is planned for Houston on Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey, where she honed her vocal skills as a child. The services are expected to be made available for television and web streaming, Houston's publicist said. Singer Aretha Franklin, Houston's godmother who is known as the "Queen of Soul," has been asked to perform at the funeral service, Franklin's spokeswoman said. And Houston's cousin, singer Dionne Warwick, was in New Jersey helping the family with funeral arrangements, Warwick's publicist said. Gospel singer and pastor Marvin L. Winans will give the eulogy at the funeral at the request of Houston's mother, said New Hope Pastor Joe Carter. Winans officiated Houston's 1992 marriage to R&B singer Bobby Brown, said Carter. The two divorced in 2007. Asked why no public memorial service was planned, Winans told CNN's Anderson Cooper on Wednesday night the family didn't "want to have a parade." "I don't think, knowing Cissy (Houston's mother) and the Houston family ... it was a matter of public or private as it was this is my daughter, this is my sister, this is my mother, this is my friend and we want to do this with dignity." Although the family is not commenting on Houston's burial location, her death certificate filed Wednesday in Los Angeles lists it as Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey. COMMENTS (2/12/12): This is still breaking news. Whitney Houston, among pop and pop rock's greatest of icons, is dead at the age of 48. Already reports of potential suicide or drugs overdose are filtering into the news stream. In 1970 it was Janis Joplin who died of a heroin overdose. It may be three months or more before the public knows exactly what killed Whitney Houston. Since Joplin's death 42 (7 x 6) years ago, there has been no female remotely reaching that level of legendary status who has died prematurely, other than possibly Amy Winehouse.
Whitney Houston's career spanned far more years than Joplin's or Winehouse's, and arguably she was heads above both in popularity, but the impact of her death in February 2012 is roughly the same as Joplin's was in October 1970 and, although he was a male pop/rock icon, Elvis Presley's in August 1977 (there is a separate prediction above for a male rock icon dying this year because of the Elvis influence, but it is not impossible that a female, Whitney Houston, died because of it). Regarding the impact of Janis Joplin's death, you would have to have been alive and at least in your teens back then to know what I mean. Like Joplin, Houston was battling drug addiction and she died in a hotel a day prior to making a public appearance. The day before her death, Joplin recorded her final song, 'Mercedes Benz', for her album-in-progress, Pearl. Two nights before her death, Houston recorded a video of 'Jesus Loves Me' with singer Kelly Price.
Whitney Houston's career in the 1980s and 1990s might have had more in common, perhaps, with the likes of Dusty Springfield, Tina Turner, Dionne Warwick, Donna Summer, Cher, Barbra Streisand, and Diana Ross in the 1960s and 1970s, but there is a problem with that: no female pop icon who performed that kind of music has ever died young under tragic circumstances ... until now. Other similarities did exist: Houston's relationship with Bobby Brown was as tumultuous as Tina Turner's was with former husband Ike. Summer recently admitted that she once contemplated suicide jumping from a hotel window. Ross has battled drug and alcohol addiction off and on. But all of these divas are alive and well. Technically, there is no base 7 vector where a precedent of premature death was ever set for a female pop music superstar, black or white, who was quite like Whitney Houston.
Thus, we cannot get much closer than Janis Joplin. It can be argued that Janis Joplin, like Amy Winehouse, wrote many of her own songs (thus, making her a singer/songwriter rather than simply a singer). But it was for her dynamic vocals and vocal range that Joplin became famous. They, of course, were vocalisations consistent with the kind of music that made her popular at that time, a heavily rockified form of soul and blues. Houston, on the other hand, flourished in an age of glamour and glitz, something not all that important for iconic female rock singers in 1970 when Janis Joplin died.
In any event, in the text of my prediction above I indicated that the victim of tragedy in this case might be a pop/rock artist and that she might be black since I included Rihanna, Beyonce and Janet Jackson in a potential list.

Whitney Houston, whose soaring voice lifted her to the top of the pop music world but whose personal decline was fueled by decades of drug use, died on Saturday in a Beverly Hills hotel room. She was 48. Houston joins the ranks of other popular singers and performers who died an early death after struggles with alcohol or drugs. Here are some of them:
Amy Winehouse: The British soul singer died on July 23, 2011, from alcohol poisoning at the age of 27. An inquest into her death found that she had more than five times the legal driving limit of alcohol in her blood when she died. The "Rehab" and "Back to Black" singer had struggled with alcohol and drug addiction during her brief but successful career.
Michael Jackson: The 50-year-old pop star died on June 25, 2009, of an overdose of the anesthetic propofol and sedatives, just weeks before a series of planned comeback concerts. Late last year, his personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the singer's death and sentenced in November to four years in jail.
Elvis Presley: Presley was pronounced dead at a Tennessee hospital on Aug. 16, 1977, at the age of 42. He had been found unconscious at the home earlier in the day and an autopsy later listed the cause of death as a drug overdose.
Jim Morrison: The Doors frontman was found dead in the early morning hours of July 3, 1971, in the bathtub of his rented Paris apartment at the age of 27. The official cause of death was listed as heart failure, but that finding remains controversial because no autopsy was ever performed.
Jimi Hendrix: The guitarist and singer-songwriter is considered to be among the greatest electric guitarists in musical history. His hits included "Purple Haze" and "The Wind Cries Mary." Hendrix died in London on Sept. 18, 1970, at age 27. According to his death report, Hendrix had asphyxiated in his own vomit after drinking and taking drugs.
Janis Joplin: A native of Texas, Joplin was known for her gritty, rock 'n' roll voice that spawned hits such as "Down On Me" and "Piece of My Heart." She sang with Big Brother and the Holding Company. Joplin died on Oct. 4, 1970, at age 27. The cause of death was a heroin overdose, possibly combined with alcohol.
Brian Jones: A founding member and guitarist for The Rolling Stones. He left the Stones in June 1969 and was replaced by Mick Taylor. Jones died on July 3, 1969, after drowning in a swimming pool at home in England. He was 27 years old.

Note that Amy Winehouse and Janis Joplin are the only other female singers listed ... and it is a very short list.
Other female singers predicted for this year are for a country diva (on page 2012 Part One) and great danger specifically for pop/rock singer Madonna. These remain active.
Because Dolly Parton's song, I Will Always Love You, was covered and made number 1 by Whitney Houston, she should be careful regarding traveling in a car or plane. The country diva vector is based on the deaths of Patsy Cline (who died in a plane crash in 1963) and Tammy Wynette (who died of cancer in 1998).
If any other female pop music megastars die this year (other than Madonna who has her own unique prediction section), it will be a case of "prediction overkill."
Why this has happened eight months premature of the October 2012 vector, I do not know. But this is, sadly, a PREDICTION FULFILLED ... and the parallel will be even more exact if it is determined that Whitney Houston did indeed die from an accidental drugs overdose or, less likely, due to suicide.

If President Barack Obama survives a May assassination attempt, or such attempt is prevented or does not occur, it is at this point, November 2012, after or before his re-election, that someone succeeds in shooting him in the head. The assassin will also shoot Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as well, but she will survive (again, assuming she is not assassinated in 2010).
This is a perilous time, for it is quite possible that Obama will be return to life after the three day mourning period. If this should occur, then the world will be in awe and shall marvel and rejoice, saying who is like Barack Obama who received a fatal wound to the head and did then die and yet returned to life?

NEW PREDICTION: 9/13/10 -- After a period of sporadic, low level air strikes, and a stepped up naval quagmire in the Gulf, during the spring, summer, and most of the autumn, the US once again launches a massive air war against Iranian targets, many of them cities, in December 2012. It is most probable that Nato will be involved in this attack led by French, British, and German air forces. This time around, it is possible nuclear weapons will be used against some targets. By September 2012, the fear will become great that the West is losing the war in the Middle East, thus the Western-backed Sufaanyi shall have been unleashed as well.

NEW PREDICTION: 11/14/11 -- According to Alois Irlmaier there will be a great naval crisis and conflict between major powers in the Mediterranean Sea at the same time a huge war is raging throughout the Middle East. We do not know why this naval confrontation occurs but there is a base 7 precedent that might at least tell us what countries start the war.
In recent history, that is the post WW2 era, Turkey and Greece have nearly gone to war twice over the nation of Cyprus.
The first time was around Christmas of December 1963 when civil war broke out on the island. Although the war was largely between Greek and Turkish Cypriots, both Turkey and Greece provided military support to the warring factions, but avoided directly involving their own armed forces. When war erupted again in March 1964, following the introduction of peacekeepers and a brief ceasefire, Turkey began deploying its naval forces to the region and threatened to invade. The United States, under the Lyndon Johnson administration, intervened diplomatically in June and July 1964 for fear of the Soviet Union becoming involved should Turkey invade Cyprus, bringing a temporary end to hostilities.
The second time Turkey and Greece faced off was far more serious. In July 1974, and again in August 1974, Turkey actually invaded Cyprus, and battled the Greek Cypriots. Greece mobilised its navy, but confrontation was averted. However, some Greek special forces (LOK) were sent to Cyprus and aided the Greek Cypriots fighting the Turks and the Turkish Cypriots. Thus, on the ground anyway, Greece and Turkey did fight for a short time.
There have also been two close calls in March 1987 and January 1996 regarding islands in the Aegean, but nothing more occurred than the posturing of some Turkish and Greek naval vessels in the region.
The two precedents of greatest significance, then, are December 1963-June 1964 and July-August 1974.
The July-August 1974 war gave rise to my base 7 projection for a surprise Turkish invasion of Cyprus to occur in July 2009. Nothing occurred at that time, although there was a brief crisis in September and October of this year over the drilling of natural gas by Cyprus in the Mediterranean waters not far from the island nation. Israel sided with Greece and Russia threatened to intervene on the side of Turkey. Turkish warships even harassed Israeli freighters while Israeli missile boats mobilised near Cyprus. Again, this crisis was largely one of posturing and threats, and no fighting whatsoever ensued on or off the island of Cyprus. That issue appears to now be resolved, but still technically was a CLOSE CALL fulfillment of my prediction for July 2009, albeit two years late.
Nevertheless, it provides us with a glimpse at how a Turkish-Greek conflict on the high seas could pull in other countries, including major powers like Russia.
Which brings us to the other outstanding precedent of danger: December 1963, next to occur in December 2012. That may be when Greece and Turkey will actually go to war in the Mediterranean Sea, involving other "big naval forces" in the conflict. If this occurs we would expect things to reach a frightening crescendo between March and June 2013. Interestingly enough, Nostradamus predicts a comet will be seen at that time, along with a huge naval war in the Mediterranean also involving Italy ... and astronomers are promising a huge comet spectacle in March 2013 from C/2011 L4 (PANSTARRS). If the Seer of Waldviertel is correct, Russian nuclear weapons may be used in the Mediterranean and the Adriatic at this time as well.
In any event, based on historical precedent from recent history, a war between Greece and Turkey seems the most likely model to trigger this mysterious, but huge, naval conflict in the Mediterranean appearing in a number of prophecies concerning events just prior to World War III in Europe.

NEW PREDICTION: 9/1/11 -- If nuclear war between Pakistan and India is averted in 2011, December 2012 is the next vector to worry most about. By this time Pakistan may be controlled by Al Qaeda and the Taliban. Still, it is impossible to tell whether this will be a military attack, possibly over a new war in Kashmir, or a terrorist attack. If it is a terrorist attack it may possibly be the worst such attack in history.

The orbits of Earth and the asteroid Toutatis come close in December of 2012. According to the Center for Astrophysics at Harvard, Toutatis will pass within 0.04633 AUs to the earth on December 12, 2012. Our understanding of its orbit, assuming stability, has it not colliding with the earth. There is always a small chance that the orbit could be changed slightly by gravitational influence of other objects, or even impact with other small bodies. Debunkers will deny this, but their assumption of infallible accuracy is wrong.
NEW PREDICTION: 9/13/10 -- The author of the excerpt above is correct. Toutatis is shaped like an oblong peanut and it rolls end over end in a tumbling motion. It is impossible for astronomers to predict how close it will come to earth on December 12, 2012 since it orbit can easily deviate due to a number of factors related to its unusual movement. They can only predict its passage based on what the behaviour of a round or rounder object its size and distance would normally be. Toutatis will be much closer to Earth in 2012 than it was during my previous base 7 prediction of July 2008 (which was nearly fulfilled instead by the Sudan asteroid and Indonesia asteroid).
Interestingly enough, there is a base 7 precedent for a very large meteor, one capable of causing sizable destruction, striking England in December 2012. Could this meteor actually be an asteroid, perhaps even Toutatis? By this time Planet X will be so close that any asteroid of this type will likely have its orbit perturbed severely enough to impact earth. Indeed, this may not be the only the one!

NEW PREDICTION: 9/17/10 -- No image can actually capture the truly frightful nature of this event. I do the best I can, but my feeling is that if and when this event occurs it will drive many people quite insane and literally cause many to die from heart failure. Those who are stout of heart will find surviving the global catastrophes themselves a formidable task. Even so, many will ... and, believe it or not, there will be some parts of the world, parts of nations, that will emerge from this relatively unscathed. The second vector for this passage, I suspect, may be more accurate than the one provided on the 2011 Part Two page. Sometime between December 2012 and July 2013, the length of the passage, things will reach their worst point. If Nostradamus is correct, or my reading of Nostradamus is correct, it should be between March and April of 2013.
