NEW PREDICTION: 3/3/07 -- A Syrian MIG will be shot down by an Israeli jet during a dogfight over Israeli, Lebanese, or Syrian airspace. There will be a number of fighter aircraft involved in the skirmish. There will have been a number of border skirmishes between Syria and Israel since summer 2008, but this one in April 2009 will be the first major incident, foreshadowing a full-scale Israeli-Syrian conflict in June.

NEW PREDICTION: 3/3/07 -- During the ever-widening war between the US and Iran, the Iranians will begin to focus on diminishing US naval strength in the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea. The idea will be to reduce American capability to launch effective air strikes by sea against a major Iranian offensive in Iraq and coordinated Iranian attacks with Syria, Iraqi Shia, Hezbollah, Palestinian terrorist groups, Yemen, Afghanistan and other regional allies against other Arab states and Israel. Iran will probably have naval and air support from Russia at this time as well, April 2009.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/2/07 -- This is the only real or true base 7 vector for a papal assassination, whether it seems to fit the timeline or not, and it is May 2009. Note I say it may not fit the timeline since World War III in Europe has not yet begun at this time, and most prophecy says the pope will flee Rome when it is under attack only to later die in Avignon during an invasion of southern France.
However, this could be the vector for the Third Secret of Fatima pope who could just as easily be murdered by terrorists before World War III in Europe as during:

Then again, like Pope John Paul II in 1981, this could be an assassination attempt that fails to do anything other than injure the pope.
Unless Benedict XVI dies of other reasons, such as natural causes, in October 2007, this May 2009 projection will likely pertain to him. His successor will either be a Sabine (northwestern Italy) or "from ancient France" (Celtic France, which is to say, northwestern France). Belgium can also be considered as having been a part of ancient France when it was known as Gaul.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/5/07 -- This will be a truly alarming and horrific epidemic that will threaten to become a pandemic in May 2009. It may spread from Africa to southern Arabia, and south Asia; and then threaten to spread worldwide. Like the killer TB patient who recently crossed into Europe, Canada, and the US via the airlines, the same thing may happen, with grave consequences for humanity. NEW PREDICTION: 6/6/07 -- Israel, already at war with Syria, Hezbollah and other groups in Lebanon, and the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, escalates to fullscale air, sea, and ground offensives against these countries and groups. Noting that Hezbollah and Syria are being armed with weapons and fighters from Iraq, now an Iranian client state, and Iran itself, Israel, with the help of her allies Jordan, Egypt, and Turkey, launches air strikes against both these nations in May 2009.
Israel will also lash out at nearby regions where al Qaeda is in operation arming Israel's enemies and launching terrorist attacks against Israel and her allies, Jordan, Egypt, and Turkey. Thus Israel will strike out at discovered al Qaeda camps in western Jordan and northwestern Saudi Arabia with the aid of the Jordanian and Egyptian militaries.
About this time EU/Nato will begin pouring into the Eastern Mediterranean, Egypt, and Turkey to aid the anti-Iran front.

OLD PREDICTION: 3/11/98, Updated 6/6/07 -- If Madonna really is the personification of the "Whore of Babylon" she will survive this attack in May 2009 and the assailant will be apprehended. She has already survived three other vectors of danger: June/July 2002, August 2004, and August 2005. However, on August 16, 2005, Madonna was seriously injured in a horse-riding accident; thus, each vector is clearly becoming more dangerous.
This attack will be quite similar to the Robert Dewey Hoskins incident in 1995 only much worse and much better planned, and it will happen in the dead of night rather than in the day. I have avoided saying this is a man and used the word assailant because it is not certain the would-be murderer or murderer will be a man; it may be a woman. It may also be a group of two or three individuals, perhaps thrill-seeking spree killers or a group hired out to "hit" Madonna for some reason.

South Asia will fall into turmoil as Pakistan allies with Iran and war escalates with India. NEW PREDICTION: 6/6/07 -- The reason for the June 2009 visit is not clear, although EU support for Israel will probably be a contributing factor. Perhaps it will be Ahmadinejad's final plea to the Europeans, led by Germany, to stay out of the war in the Middle East, even as EU/Nato troops and naval forces move into the Eastern Mediterranean, Egypt and the Red Sea. The Iranian president will be jeered and booed by Germans attending an outdoor speech and riots and demonstrations against Iran will break out all over the country. Meantime, pro-Iranian, pro-Islamic factions within Germany, possibly including Turkish and Kurd minorities, will begin fighting anti-Islamic protesters and supporters of Israel. The danger of civil war will begin to grow.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/6/07 -- Firebrand Russian President Vladimir Zhirinovsky demands an immediate vote in the United Nations Security Council in June 2009 on a resolution condemning Israel's aggression against Syria. In addition to a demand for the withdrawal of all Israeli forces from Arab territories, waters, and air space, his call to assemble a multi-national force to launch an air and naval attack on Israel and destroy known missile and weapons sites inside the Jewish state is quickly rejected. The Russian president warns that Moscow is quite capable of acting unilaterally if the United Nations hesitates to condemn Israel for its heavy retaliatory attacks against Syria. Zhirinovsky is told the resolution will be reviewed and that Russia can request a new vote, this time in the UN assembly, within 4 to 8 weeks if hostilities have not ended.
For the time being the UN is concerned with the mounting humanitarian crisis in both Israel and Syria, especially in Syria, as well as a flood of hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees attempting to escape into nearby Turkey and Iraq.
Back home, millions of Russians are protesting Israel's attacks on Syrian cities and expressing rage at Nato and EU members of the United Nations that are siding with the Jewish state. Zhirinovsky is hailed as a hero and calls for direct Russian military action increase daily by the angry populace.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/8/07 -- In the confusion of events, the royal couple, Charles, now King George VII, and Queen Camilla, will be fired upon by unknown assailants in June 2009. There is a remote chance of injury or death. Whether this is the opening salvo of the kind of internal turmoil plaguing France and Germany at this time, a terrorist attack, or simply the work of a crazed lunatic is not certain.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/9/07 -- Cyprus does enjoy close and friendly relations with Iran and the Greek Cypriots are also allies of Russia, having received many arms from Moscow over the years. It is possible that the Middle East War and Cyprus are linked in some way and that this has something to do with the nuclear explosion that occurred earlier in the Mediterranean. This may explain why Turkey launches an air and sea attack on the island nation in July 2009.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/9/07 -- Russia formally appeals to the United Nations Assembly in July 2009 to vote in favour of a multi-national force to launch an invasion of Israel, with Moscow leading the charge. China sides with Russia, but does not commit troops. The United States, Great Britain, and France exercised their veto in the UN security council during an earlier resolution attempt in June, and vote against the measure again.
Despite support from many Asian, African, and Latin American countries, the powerful bloc of nations making up the European Union, along with other non-EU European nations, some former Soviet states, and US Pacific allies such as Australia and Japan, reject the resolution. It is, however, European support of Israel that defeats Russia's machinations. An angry Russian delegation led by Vladimir Zhirinovsky walks out of the assembly, declaring that the EU and Nato constitute yet another danger to world peace and, especially, to Russian national security.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/23/07 -- The base 7 system reveals this event will occur in July 2009. This strike may or may not be nuclear. I would not be surprised to see some limited use of tactical nuclear weapons by both sides, although the explosion that occurs in the Eastern Mediterranean in June 2009 can only be described as massive.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/23/07 -- Although a July/August 2009 vector clearly projects terrorism and possible missile attacks by Iran against France, one cannot rule out that this is when the civil war or revolution mentioned in so many prophecies occurs. From this point on, according to Nostradamus, the fate of France and the United States become almost synchronised as the two nations are now major allies (the Eagle and the Cock).

NEW PREDICTION: 3/22/07 -- Incredible as it may sound, there is a possibility that the drift towards World War III will be snuffed out with a UN-brokered ceasefire in August 2009 negotiated by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon. A regular viewer of this web site, to whom I mentioned this potential event to, informs me that there is a Catholic prophecy wherein Pope Benedict XVI will make a "formal suggestion" in 2009 to end all ongoing warfare in the Middle East. It may well be this action that will lead to a ceasefire drawn up by Ban Ki-Moon. Obviously, such a ceasefire might also apply to any other conflicts that may be in progress at this time (such as the Balkans, Transcaucasia, Taiwan, the Korean Peninsula, India-Pakistan, etc). In my opinion, if this ceasefire occurs, it will be to head off World War III.
There are five strong base 7 precedents for such a ceasefire:
1) If we look at events 14 years earlier, after heavy Nato bombing against the Serbs in Bosnia from late August until October 1995, we arrive at a joint Nato-UN imposed ceasefire in Bosnia in October 1995 followed by the Dayton Peace Accord in December.
2) Seven years earlier we have a ceasefire declared in the eight-year-old Iran-Iraq War in August 1988 by UN Secretary General Javier Perez de Cuellar. No formal peace is ever established, however, and technically Iran and Iraq are still officially at war, but respecting the ceasefire.
3) Seven years before that we see the end of the 444-day Iranian Hostage Crisis in January 1981 after President-elect Ronald Reagan is inaugurated. Neither a ceasefire nor a peace accord, it still represents the resolution of a longterm crisis that eventually would have triggered war under Reagan.
4) Twenty-eight (4 x 7) years earlier, in July 1953, a UN-brokered ceasefire is agreed, bringing an end to the bloody Korean War (1950-53).
5) Thirty-five (5 x 7) years earlier, November 1918 brings about an armistice that effectively ends the First World War, although some hotspots continue to fight on until about 1922.
Just missing this timeline by one year are August 1945 (the end of World War II), which should have occurred in 1946, and January 1973 (the end of the US war in Vietnam), which should have occurred in 1974. Prospects for a ceasefire in all ongoing conflicts in 2008, instead of 2009, should be considered a remote possibility.
Will there be a ceasefire?
Not necessarily. If 2009 is a year like 1939, 70 (10 x 7) years ago, we will no sooner witness the end of the ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan (and possibly Iran) only to see a major Middle East war break out ("World War III in the Middle East") that will spread from Iran to Morocco, causing Israel to actually ally herself with a bloc of moderate Muslim states, states that will be all too happy to have Israel fighting on their side. Alois Irlmaier warns that World War III begins in the Middle East but escalates worldwide after an assassination and fresh fighting in the Balkans.
So, what happens if there is a universal ceasefire?
Normally, I would say that should mean World War III will likely be postponed until at least 2025, but no later than 2038. I have reasons for singling out these two years, but will not discuss them here.
Unfortunately, the strongest base 7 influence for a potential ceasefire in 2009 comes from the Iran-Iraq War model, which most closely resembles the current scenario in the Middle East. There is no global war, Korean conflict, chronic crisis involving US hostages, or Balkans war currently in progress. But there are two chronic US conflicts in the Middle East, one in Iraq and the other in Afghanistan (the latter also involving Nato forces), and one simmering and at times hot conflict between Israel, the Palestinians (especially in Gaza), and Israel's northern front (Hezbollah, Lebanon, Syria). By August 2009, the US war on terror, begun in September 2001, will be nearly eight years old. The configuration is exactly the same as the Iran-Iraq War, which began in September 1980.
We can all recall what happened after the Middle East ceasefire in August 1988. After exactly two years of a shaky peace, which included a war between Armenia and Azerbaijan, a crisis in relations between Russia and Lithuania, suspenseful revolutions in China and Eastern Europe, a US invasion of Panama, and a near nuclear confrontation between Pakistan and India (which was not reported until almost a year later), Saddam Hussein violated the ceasefire by invading Kuwait in August 1990. Thus, we should fully expect a significant ceasefire violation to occur by a Middle East nation, probably Iran and/or Syria, in August 2011.
If the Iraq-Kuwait model from 1990 holds, and the ceasefire violator is Iran or Syria, we might expect either a series of diplomatic initiatives to stave off a major confrontation in the Middle East until all fails in January 2012 and war is engaged or else the Middle East war resumes immediately after the ceasefire violation in August 2011 and gradually escalates to a major regional conflict involving many major world powers by January 2012 (21 years after Operation Desert Storm). In either case, the Middle East war will finally end in the mountains of Turkey by April/May 2012. The Balkans factor will then present itself on the 21st anniversary of the War in Slovenia in June 2012 (perhaps when Iran will overrun Turkey and move into Macedonia) or the start of the Serbo-Croat War with the Siege of Vukovar in August 2012 (once again, we have the terrible month of August that figures in so many old and recent European prophecies for the start of WW3 in Europe). This event, in Serbia and Hungary, will trigger the Russian-Iranian invasion of Europe practically overnight.
Will World War III be over by the Mayan calendar end date of December 21, 2012?
I doubt it. Southern Europe will continue to be a field of battle and anarchy until as late as September-December 2016 with the final Battle of Milan between North Africa and Italy. Even so, it seems more than a coincidence that the very worst part of World War III could break out in August 2012: the final year of the Mayan calendar.
What about Planet X?
As I have said before (and this appears below), there is plenty of prophecy indicating that the worst of Planet X coincides with the worst of World War III. Thus, if there is no ceasefire and the invasion of Europe does occur in August 2009, then the period August-November 2009 will be when Nibiru does its worst. However, if World War III begins with a ceasefire violation in August 2011 and reaches its most critical stage in August-September 2012, then the worst of Planet X will happen between August and December 2012.
As many of you know, I believe there will be two passages of Earth by Planet X: one inbound, one outbound. We can reach this conclusion due to the "dragon's tail" prophecy of Mother Shipton. If for some reason the start of World War III is postponed until sometime during the period 2025-2038, then the worst of Planet X will not occur until the outbound passage in December 2044. Even so, the inbound passage will be sufficiently disastrous to cause the kind of destruction prophesied by Edgar Cayce and Nostradamus, particularly for North America, but also for the southern hemisphere, Japan, and Northern Europe. Cayce dated the final cycle 1993-2001, with the worst of it beginning in 1998, but warned that if his predictions were not fulfilled by the end of that period (2000-2001), a "new cycle" would begin almost immediately. That places us at fulfillment at the conclusion of the new cycle by late 2009.
How will this effect the presentation of these pages?
As you may have begun to notice, there are two sets of 2009 pages: 1) Part One, Part Two, and Part Three deal with events that shall occur if World War III moves into Europe by August 2009 and Planet X becomes quite visible in the daytime sky, and 2) Part Four and Part Five deal with events that shall occur if the world heads towards global war in 2009 but a ceasefire is declared, thus postponing both World War III and Planet X until August 2012.
Soon you shall find two sets of the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016, one set dealing with events if World War III breaks out in 2009 and the other set dealing with events if World War III breaks out in 2012.
UPDATE (5/3/07): It has been brought to my attention by long-time viewer Mike K. that World War II did indeed end in 1946, and not 1945, making it a sixth base 7 precedent for a ceasefire or end of hostilities in August 2009. Believe it or not, WW2 did not officially end until December 31, 1946! The reason is not given, but it may have been due to the fact that many Japanese soldiers in the Pacific islands did not know that their nation had surrendered and continued fighting well after August 1945. There were some soldiers still discovered on some of these islands believing the war was still ongoing as late as the 1970s.

UPDATE (9/1/08): I have
a strong feeling that along with a general cease-fire in all
warring regions, there will be a comprehensive peace settlement
between Israel and her Arab neighbours that will finally address
the issue of Jerusalem to the satisfaction of everyone. It will,
sadly, only be a short peace, but it will hold a few years. That
such a peace agreement would occur at this time only makes sense
since by the time of this ceasefire Israel will have entered into
the Middle East war threatening to spread into Europe. Conflict
with Syria and Iran will have been quite serious, nearly going
nuclear, and nearly pulling the Russians into a position where
they would get a mandate from the United Nations to declare war
on the Jewish state. So, read ceasefire as also including a
Mideast peace agreement involving the entire region, but also
involving Israel and the status of Jerusalem.

NEW PREDICTION: 6/2/08 -- So close has the world come to global war, reaction to the ceasefire is well-mixed. France under Sarkozy begins a resumption of nuclear testing in the South Pacific in September 2009 to counter the new military realities in the former Soviet Union, the Middle East, and the Far East. This in turn sets off a series of anti-nuclear demonstrations worlwide or, in some nations, a nuclear arms race.

Black actresses Butterfly (Thelma) McQueen and Teresa Graves are now linked by time, death, and the number 7. Graves died in a house fire in October 2002 and McQueen in an apartment fire in December 1995, almost exactly seven years apart. Both days were double numbers (October 11 and December 22). NEW PREDICTION: 6/3/08 -- As I said, reaction to the ceasefire will be well-mixed. Al Qaeda terrorists will express their reaction to the August United Nations brokered peace by bombing several pubs and nightclubs in Britain, killing 190 people and injuring over 400 in November 2009. The several blasts will be only seconds apart and happen when the bars are largely packed with college-age drinkers.
